1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Transly application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access the App via a licence key purchased through Gumroad.
2. Description of Service
Transly is an Android application that provides real-time translation of incoming WhatsApp messages via an overlay panel. The App uses Google's ML Kit for on-device language detection and translation. No message content is transmitted to Transly's servers.
3. Licence
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on up to 2 (two) Android devices simultaneously.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your licence key
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for commercial redistribution
4. Payments & Pricing
The App is sold as a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD via Gumroad. No recurring fees.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. Transly does not warrant that translations will be accurate or that the App will function without interruption.
